What was the spin number and decent angle? Come on, details!

    Eddie so I didn’t grab a photo of that particular shot but off the top of my head, the spin was 8900+ and I didn’t have the decent angle numbers.

        geaux any other numbers like ball speed or attack angle?

          Rule of thumb I go by is...take the iron, multiply it by 1k...should be at or below that for spin. Anything more and you risk losing distance.

          so 8 iron should spin at or below 8k

          height should be 90
          land angle 45°

          dphatt it obviously wasn’t one of my better shots of the evening and for some reason it wasn’t spitting out the attack angle numbers for all of the 8i shots. (I only brought an 8i and 5i)

          But from what I can tell, when it did show attack angle for the 8i, it was around 2.0+, ball speed for that shot in particular was probably 101-103. Carry was 133 and “total” was 132.something. It was definitely an outlier although I don’t hit it very far.
          I’m an idiot and didn’t just snag a picture of the data from all of the shots, just a few of them. And recorded some of the swings.

          My “best” 8i shot of the night was:

          Ball speed 108.3
          Smash 1.31
          Carry 142.5
          Launch 27.1
          Spin 6364

          But that dispersion though. 😎

            geaux if you saved the session under your name, you should be able to retrieve it from mytrackman.com or have them export the report to you and you can select numbers from there

                ForeLeft I’m going to call the place tomorrow and see if they can send it to me. I’m not sure if they have it connected to automatically upload to my trackman and I’m having login issues with that right now.

                    geaux they should be able to just go back into the session from last night and export it to any email of your choice. If they don't have it under your name, that's probably why you won't see it.

                        ForeLeft just sent an email to place I go to; I’m pretty sure they keep it stored by person but I don’t know if they’re connected with trackman. They just have them? I don’t know.

                            I’ll probably regret this but here’s an 8i and 5i swing:

                              Yeah, plenty of speed there, what I see, especially with a positive AoA on some shots is a little bit of delivering more club loft into the ball than "optimal", which will lead to high launch angles and a good amount of spin. I have fought that for years, and now deliver too little loft to the ball, so go figure haha.

                              Swing looks good, would just work on how you get to impact with loft and your carry numbers should jump.

                              Seems like a decent place to ask this but does anyone have the B. Draddy mask? My current face mask is hotter than all get out and theirs seems like it would be more comfortable, given that it's made out of their inventory fabric.

                              Any other suggestions also welcome.
