Vokey Fitting

Hey everyone,

Did a fitting last week at TPI, which was SICK by the way, and got fit into a 56m and a 60k low bounce. I am a SUPER shallow player so the 60k was really great from tight lies.

I'm not the most confident out of the bunkers, so I'm wonder if I am putting myself into a box by not carrying a higher bounce wedge?

I have a 60k low bounce, and our bunkers are super fluffy, it works wonders for me honestly, i think you will be well off with that wedge from anywhere

It may be a low measured bounce angle, but the effective bounce on a K is higher due to the wide sole so it should be no issue out of the bunker

So all of the K grind low bounce chatter from @kmac03 and @maxbianchi had me looking on ebay to dabble. I found a great Wedgeworks wedge so took a shot on it. I go to my bag of has beens and random wedges to find an s200 pull since this one had an s400 in it and come across something that blew my mind. A 6* K grind proto, I vaguely remember getting it in a pile of hand me downs from a friend but never really gave it much thought since I was using a Callaway X grind for the last few years. Both will get reshafted and adjusted to see what pans out. I love the heel relief on the proto K grind.

Putterho I have the sm8 WW 6 bounce K, it is a dream in florida. Give it a go. I don't get scared of the chili dips anymore
