Big changes coming today!
Just wanted to start by saying ‘thank you’ again to all of our members. This has been such an amazing experience facilitating conversation for like-minded golf enthusiasts. You guys make this worth it. Did you know that in the few weeks the lounge has been open, we've exceeded 50,000 page views already?
We just wanted to keep you posted on a few developments that our team has been putting together. Today, we are rolling out two major features that are going to be added to the Lounge.
Video Uploading
You asked, and we are ready. Video uploading will be live starting today. This feature will give users the ability to upload short video clips through imgur, without having to leave the lounge. The goal of this extension is to give everyone the ability to share things like swing shots and short product videos. Uploads are capped at 40MB for now. We’ll consider raising the cap dependent on how popular the features is and how quickly the uploads are being processed.
Gif Keyboard
That’s right! No more copying and pasting links. Starting today you will be able to search and insert Gifs directly from the lounge.
Potential Downtime
Our team will be making the changes to the system this morning, by noon eastern, everything should be up. If you experience any technical hiccups during this time, simply check back in a few minutes.
