I’ve sold CTs to unknowns back in the day and asked for a copy of their driver’s license and sending it to the PP verified address that matched it.

I’ve done it a handful of times. Just have to feel the person out. Somebody once tried to refund me as the buyer doing it saying that he forgot to take it off ebay and someone magically bought it. That was fun.
