Only ever played one place where pace of play expectations were made very clear AND enforced (witnessed) with removal from the course. Bulle Rock.

dphatt yes. group in front of us was removed after the 11th hole and two warnings, one on the front 9 and one on the 10th tee. They were still behind after 11 and got bounced.
dbenick3 going back a little ways but was 4:20. By no means break neck pace but reasonable given difficulty of that course in it's prime.
