24 of us spent the weekend dueling at Kiawah Island.
We walked the Ocean Course as the first times off in the morning, which was spectacular. Around the middle of the back nine it was probably the hottest I've ever been on a golf course and I may have had too much water to drink. Played well enough to drop the handicap even with a less than stellar finish.

Cougar Point, a Gary Player design, was very tree-lined and fun for our matches.

Osprey Point, a Tom Fazio design, was visually more interesting than Cougar Point and had a lot more room to hit driver.

It was very interesting playing off paspalum fairways. I'm a digger and the turf didn't particularly like that.
