Ryan's customer service is top notch. Contacted him through Instagram (@hickory.sticks) and he responded very fast. He got me renderings the same day and we were off! Very fast turnaround time, and shipping /tracking number right away too. Best customer service and/or communication from any company thus far. Fair, just wondering as I've had less than stellar results from other brands also.
For the record I haven't had any interaction with BW.
