Just curious what everyone's experience has been dealing with TaylorMade?
My experience is likely different, as I'm dealing with TaylorMade Canada...but it has been appalling to this point.
I bought a cover, maybe 6 or 7 weeks ago. Total debacle with the original order. Charge immediately showed as pending on my cc. Then it disappeared about a week later. Then a refund shows up on my card. Then I get a physical refund cheque from my cc company. 🤣
At this point, almost a month later, I'm like whatever...obviously not getting this cover. No biggie.
Then a week after that, the charge reappears on my card...lol.
So a few days later I get tracking info. Great...will be here in a week. Follow the UPS tracking and it shows as out for delivery. Fantastic!
Well then it added an "Address Error" note. To be clear, I've had a ton of packages delivered here recently from multiple vendors thru UPS with zero issue. Obviously this is an entry error on TaylorMade's end.
So I call "customer service" yesterday and spend 1 H 40 M on hold with no one picking up before I gave up (I was driving so had the time). 🤣
Sent them an email after I hung up and, of course, haven't heard anything back yet.
I get golf is hot right now and they're selling tons of shit...but this is really making me question buying from them again (well except for the Spider that's on the way that I didn't direct buy from them...😄 ).
