I have finally gotten around to take my 009 with the LAGP shaft out and I don’t know why I didn’t do this earlier. I feel like the shaft is similar to the Stability shaft but with a better feel. It definitely gives off a softer feel off of the face. I might have to start changing all of my blades to this shaft. Too bad these aren’t cheap

dphatt also just put one in my blade and took it for a spin today. Feel is definitely softer and I am happy with it so far I will give a more detailed review at the end of the week

I’ve had mine for a month or so. First I hated it, felt whippy, turns out because I pulled the grip and reinstalled it was moving, that would explain it. I don’t know if I’m ready to rave about how amazing it is, but it’s definitely not worse than the stock shaft I had in it.

I definitely feel a difference especially on shorter <5 foot putts. I have more confidence with the rigidity. Lags not so much difference IMO.

bigjohntripod It didn’t feel any better in the Soto. I feel I’ve given it a fair shake with 4 different set ups. If you want to experiment, they’re fairly cheap on the Bay.

Do you guys think brands like these LAGP, stability etc will ever make a double bend?

Benzo It’s a good question. I have no expertise in how composite manufacturing is done, but I’ve seen bike frames with bends/curves so I have to believe it can be accomplished. Question is whether the demand for it in golf will be high enough to pursue it. My guess is yes, but that’s just my $0.02.

Benzo BGT stability slips over your existing shaft so there isn’t need for a new shaft. That’s what is on my SpiderX. I highly doubt LAGP will make a new double bend shaft as it is not an easy installation. If you have ever reshafted a double bend shaft you would know what I mean. I hope LAGP creates some sort of slip on system like BGT
