Here's my not-at-all-humble brag, and full disclosure I suck (10.3) for how much I golf. The glorious Putterho was telling me I should write about the courses I play or do something, and since my recent Long Island trip included zero pictures on Instagram. Epic courses, I swear! š So maybe I'll keep you posted on here a little for my own personal reflection.
Tomorrow our two month summer vacay starts with a trip to Prairie Dunes for the weekend, and after flying back I'm starting the road trip (start is very circuitous) but Kiawah, Pinehurst 2, 4, then Mountain Ridge, next day iffy (maybe Ridgewood or Plainfield), then Glen Falls. Then it gets a little iffy with StLouis CC maybe or visiting a friend at the Golf Club in Columbus. Then onto Prairie Dunes, then Ballyneal, national parks, Shadow Creek, Monterey courses, Bandon, a jaunt to Alaska, then Gamble, then Gozzer, then White Bear, Lawsonia, Shoreacres (not confirmed) and who knows..... Took a lot of effort to pull together all these pieces, and lots of hikes, breweries, baseball games, etc... thrown in because this is after all a family roadtrip, but we all golf. So it's a golf trip.
Then in August, several good courses and then Sept.... oh boy, epic stuff! October I'll be broke and homesick.
