I just spent a few hours hitting drivers. My whole thought process was to get it out of my system that I don’t want the TSi3.
I started off using my Accra TZ 65 paint splatter shaft in the TSi3. I was getting great ball speed numbers and dispersion but the spin wouldn’t go down. I tried different settings and even grabbed the 8 degree head. The spin just wouldn’t go down for me. I knew that if I could get the spin to come down I would have a pretty good club but no matter what I did the spin was high.
I then went to the Ping G425Max with the Ventus Blue and this was my best result. For some reason my misses with this club were left.
Back to the TSi3 again. More of the same. Great ball speed and direction but this the lowest spin I could get out of it.
Now back to the gamer. The Epic Flash Triple Diamond. This was the first shot I hit with it. Dead down the middle perfect numbers. Why am I looking to change I asked myself for the one millionth time.
What did I do next? I grabbed the TSi3 again and kept trying to make it work. Same thing. Great ballspeed and dispersion. Bad spin.
I was beat tired at this point and some what dejected that this wasn’t going to work. Just before I left I decided to throw in the Ventus Blue into the TSi3. I have always hated Conex systems so I wasn’t thinking this would be any good.
First swing. Low in the face but low spin 🤔
Next swing. Push to the right with low spin 🤔 🤔
Next swing. Dead down the middle with ideal numbers anddddd low spin 🤩
Even though I was dead tired I continued hitting and was getting perfect numbers.
Have I found the perfect combo? Maybe. Am I going to order a TSi3? I guess you will have to wait and see 😉
