Every time my swing goes to sh*t, I break everything down, start over and create a new swing 🤣
I initially typed this in jest but I am quickly realizing this is the truth.....
But during the season, when the swing goes bad, I grab my gap wedge, goto the range and start from 50 yards and slowly build back my confidence to full swings. Most of the times if I’m doing something wrong, whether it’s excessive use of hands arms, or poor rotation, it is super clear on a small pitch shot, but more importantly fixable at that speed. Slowly re ingrain whatever feel I need to hit the ball solid, build up to full swings with the gap wedge, then start using longer clubs. This coincidentally is my express warm up too.
