Saw a 5.5 in the pro shop of the course I played at. Brought it to the register for a price check and it was $440 + tax which is $10 more than MSRP. Thought about it for a minute and put it back.
On Friday I was about to pull the trigger on a Dick’s pick up. Decided to just go to the store and make sure it wasn’t dinged up. Sure enough there were some dings, and what looked like a bunch of residue from a cleaning solution that the cleaning service must be using during their nightly store cleaning. Glad I didn’t pull the trigger online.
Putting pretty well with my Soto but a mallet just feels more stable when stroking it that’s for sure.
