I just built the same driver and it quoted 3.22.21 and that was b/c of the shaft. Head is 3.1.21
KentonQ from what I heard from the rep. It will be easier to get custom stuff compared to what they consider stock this year.
Got to play with sim 2 max with Ventus velacore 6s today. Love the feel and sound. Kudos to TaylorMade for the improvements over the previous Sim. More range time and play needed but the initial impression was good. 👍

I am seeing a lot of these being sold on classifieds, eBay and FB. You can buy brand new heads on FB for $400-415. Are there a lot of these out there? Are people not liking them?

dphatt I've said this somewhere else on here but I didn't like it, and after liking the TSi3 and G425 so much I put it down after 3-4 swings. Feel and sound both didn't do it for me.
I had an old R9 460 years ago that I often refer to as the easiest driver to hit that I’ve ever owned. I’ve had many drivers since. The Sim2 Max is the first driver I’ve owned since that one that I’m in love with. I’m playing the 10.5 at 9.75* with a Speeder 661TR.
kyledrum2002 One of my buddies whos about a 3 or 4 handicap rocked the R9 for so many years. Used to buy up any decent clubs on eBay and build with them. Finally moved on to either the M5 or SIM (can't remember which) but only because he couldn't find anymore decent R9s haha
