TBC has some good ones from COOBS. They are about $120 if I recall?
I inquired to Dormie workshop, and they charge $200 for a custom.
Otherwise if you want to go exotic, House of Fleming can do genuine skin (gator,croc,ostrich,etc.) for $400+
